Copy program needed

i'm running el capitan on 2013 imac. need copy lot of data several external usb 2.0 drives (windows ntfs format) several 3gb external usb 3.0 drives (mac os extended journal format). data "mission critical" , need 100% sure copies correctly.

whats best way this? there mac programs copy , checksums verify data integrity of copy? or there build os x can natively?

reference, on windows use backup program called syncback kind of thing.

thanks.

i try carboncopycloner or superduper.
either can downloaded free.
ccc functional 30-day trial. should need do.

disclaimer:
i've never tried clone "non-mac-formatted" drive ccc.
don't know if can clone ntfs drive hfs+ drive.
give try -- "cost nothing" so.
