Upgrading from 5S to 6S , how hyped should I be ?

wife , both using 5s 16 gig deal seems good. have at&t , fine it. live in austin, travels small towns visit family , worry other carrier won't give signal, , haven't had issues at&t. last time upgraded 4 5s , had 2 year contract ends next month, next plan can upgrade anytime. wife don't use data ( share 5gig ) upgrade seems great deal.

brother tells me wait until iphone7 fall, worried 7 2 things.
no headphone jack big turn off me , wife, , worry 5s become worthless time iphone 7 releases need upgrade or else i'll have ancient phone nobody pay for. $150 per phone best deal found , plan on upgrading after work later today ( february 11 2016) .

wife , hate having 16 gigs, , itching bigger screens want plus sized 6s , @ least 64 gig, maybe 128. loves taking pictures , videos , love listening podcasts , both have several gigs of itunes music 16 gig doesn't cut anymore either 1 of us.

sorry long intro jump 5s 6s huge ? not screen size , capacity wise able notice processor , ram upgrades right off bat ? 5s great phone , don't feel it's slow or lagging behind. last time upgraded 4 5s , noticed difference easily. love touch id ! 3d touch stuff cool ? run website 3dor2d.com , use iphone post blog posts via squarespace , generate graphics because mac ancient ( mac mini 2007 4 gigs ram , 320 gig hd ) . haven't attempted podcast editing or video editing on phone love if possible, 16 gig 5s isn't worth investigating.

camera going take better quality pictures ? don't have 4k tv feature seems worthless us.

want excited upgrading our phones (possibly later today) don't want expectations big , disappointed .

5s had supersized pixels low light performance. 6s regresses that. , i'm not sure there value in higher mp. wouldn't hopes up.
