Bought 2nd hand rMBP and found these PIXELS


hi,

bought -"perfect condition"- 13" late 2013 rmbp on ebay , found small greyish/white dot made of group of bright pixels, right on left side of screen. though it's rather small, it's specially noticeable when scrolling or down, becoming pretty annoying. please check out in pic (the arrow points @ it):

these dead or stuck pixels?

i'm quite disappointed it. help.
 

these neither dead or stuck. i'm afraid spots wont't go away, @ least in experience.
