Mac Pro 1,1 - Fan noise

wanted of opinions mac pro 1,1 has began make odd fan noise front fans. it's quiet every , begins make rattling noise comes , goes. sign fan needing replacement or possible else because of heat issues. mac has drive bays used 10.6-10.11 has pc 8800gt , 32gb of ram.

my frontal fan assembly that... not sure causes it. fan total of $15 shipped (but looks gave me rattling unit!), maybe can find whichever fan bothering , replace cheaply.
