Issues Renewing Apple Music - Family


so i'd know if else has experienced issue @ all. cannot renew apple music family subscription , issue frustrating.

told old iphone 6+ (which sold gazelle) flagging account fraudulent since . keep getting same answer apple "escalating issue" haven't gotten anywhere in terms of getting resolution.

last month able quick fix , renew 1 month, same date rolled around again , can't renew once again. did gazelle suggested in terms of wiping phone of data don't how block current access. have suggestions?

side note.... i'm never, ever selling phone again... giant pita.
 

how iphone 6+ flagging account fraudulent? shouldn't in way linked @ if you've wiped correctly , sold it..
