Carrier AT&T Next Trade-In


i getting run-around at&t next trade-in. of bought phone through apple, how did trade in old phone? at&t giving me run around. refused take when tried trade in. telling me turn in apple. apple saying take through recycle , reuse program credit. help! at&t charging me. (i've been trying figure out since september!)
 

i got runaround @ first too, at&t saying return store, ship it, couldn't give me label, etc. found if go lookup order on apples site there link says "at&t next trade in return" or there. allows print return form , shipping label.

i'm waiting them process return been delivered week not processed they're going charge me iphone :(

Is religion a fraud?
