Time to Upgrade iMac - Config Help


hey all,

current 2007 imac getting slower , slower , it's time upgrade 1 of these brand new imac. love input on right config want avoid issues forking $ option , not getting benefit out of (e.g. more powerful processor that's mismatched w. internal ram or that).

usage standard - gaming, streaming (on mac or off apple tv), internet, light ms office , light pic retouching (nothing crazy/ professional).

know few things - want 27 inch latest processor (and screen size), leaning towards ssd (as speed , owns 1tb external hard drive -> question around 256g vs. 512. sdd house os, 256 big enough?), processors , ram not sure there.

can give me reco? thanks!
 

actually in macbook pro have 256 ssd library on exsternal storage usb3
have 160 gb free , have many many software installed
purchase new imac , want 512 ssd because want photo library , music inside mac , not in external storage (actually 2 library occupy 200 gb)

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
