iPad Lock screen and home screen orientation bug


hello peepz!

so,after extensive search in web etc didn't find mentioning oroblem though should post here.

i've noticed after ios9 update,my ipad air's lock , home screen turn little bit weirdly.

in lock screen,the status bar isnt moving @ else move,making screen clutter on top of 1 another

in home screen,well,it doesnt turn @ all. if open app,it fix , rotate properly. if open folder,it fixes well,after weird,buggish animation (unfortunately happens fast me screenshot it)

've tried rebooting device (home+power button) , didn't work. nor did activating , deactivating lock screen (side switch). repeat started happenning after ios9 , neither 0.1 or 0.2 fixed it

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
