iMac 27" mid 2010 to 5,1 Mac Pro or new iMac

hoping can direction , thank in advance.
have mid 2010 27" imac i5 , has gotten unbarebly slow.
computer used run small business include photo editing , website development. video editing done once in blue moon family videos.

not sure if should go route of buying mac pro 4,1 or 5,1 , using current imac display or buy new imac.

well computing needs low , slowdown hard drive dying if it's 6 years old (back system now!!!). hard drive replaced solid state drive , throw in little more ram if still on 4gb , few hundred dollars machine better new.
