How do I know if I have malware on my imac?


i restarted computer , got message program called wondershare helper compact having trouble opening, or effect. didn't recognize name of app, googled , got lot of results talk having malware. in thread advised take screenshot of activity monitor , post it. see in activity monitor indicate problem vs healthy system?

computer seems working okay. little slow, reason i'm worried month ago got pop said needed update adobe flash, complied. i'm pretty sure fake, because trying stream movie foreign websites when happened. clicked without thinking.

can take glance @ , tell me if looks weird? screen shot 2015-12-20 @ 5.55.57 pm.png
