Need Guidance but could sure use a ROM


ok, have spent better part of day @ netkas (supposedly place 7950 roms) , going blind!! aside petty disputes on whatever (one person said other "no wonder banned macrumors"), unclear process making own rom , effects on card configuration b , clock speed y of using reference rom or rom card configuration , clock speed w (so same card different configuration y faster w).
here, seemed straightforward: install windows, both roms, find rom can use, flash rom card, return os x , presto! boot screens! then, 1 discovers making rom involves editing hex , instructions fragmented , may or may not refer card in question (the forum seems jump 7950 7970 , 280 280x no discernible pattern (31 pages!)

got stock rom 7950 , seems slow card? significantly? gather previous discussions here having 2 dvi ports bad , 2 mdp ports good; ok, keep hdmi port because hdmiaudio work -an adventure in though success seems far more once card flashed.

after saying of (which think demonstrates confusion) question, think 1 word suffice: help!! (imagine drowning man)
 

there thread here flashing 280x, if want try "downloaded" rom, not making 1 yourself. go thread.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
