i bought iphone 5c craigslist. working fine until tried restoring it. been trying past 3 days figure out means. regret ever attempting try restore phone. last hope.

tried...
-using different computer
-using different usb ports
-turning phone off , on
-turning firewall off

i'm not familiar iphone or apple. first device ever.

if aware of error or solution it, please let me know. otherwise, give up.
