Time for a new Time Capsule or router?


hi everyone! have 3rd generation time capsule linksys e1200 router. i've been having issues internet speed did tests. through ethernet i'm getting 75-100mbps download. on tc i'm getting 60mbps right next it, 30-50 on same floor , 1-5mbps upstairs. e1200 gets 50-60mbps on first floor , 10-30 upstairs. time new router or there can increase speeds? if it's time new recommend? sitting upstairs in office regardless of router have hooked internet slow. appreciated!!

2 macbooks
2 pc laptops
1 desktop (rarely used)
2 ipads
3 iphones
1 wireless printer
directv (drops off network regularly)
smart tv

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
