rMBP Cosmetic Imperfections: Deal-Breaker?

i'm looking @ couple of used 2015 macbook pro's: 8/128 , 8/256 in particular.

have cosmetic imperfections, functionally perfect. believe price of 2015 8/128 $950 , 2015 8/256 $1100.

extent of issue relatively minor nicks , scratches, otherwise computers supposed functionally perfect full applecare warranty.

these prices competitive or should try negotiate down, due possibility of resale value hit?

the main concern me if type of imperfections worse on time. also, how concerned resale value?

wouldn't consider 128gb @ price, opinion.
