iTunes December update ... Playlist order


i have multiple folders managing playlists. prior last itunes update reorder playlists in order see fit, automatically ordered based on usage , cannot reorder them (ie. alphabetically). example, make "best of: artists" playlists , order them artist name alphabetically. now, itunes not allow this. know if case or missing now?

something has changed - worse...

have nested playlist folders, e.g
  • contemporary
    • band aa
      • album 1
      • album 2
    • band ac
      • album 3
and on

prior release, when added playlist folder, placed alphabetically.
placed @ end, , can't move it

if added folder band ab contemporary folder above,
i'd get:
  • band aa
  • band ab
  • band ac
now sequence is:
  • band aa
  • band ac
  • band ab
poor...

happens @ levels of folder hierarchy

looked through options/preferences/menu items can think of , no parameter makes difference

edit:
except that, if exit itunes , restart alphabetic order gets resolved

Apple HW Test error code -3403d
