4k Export and Save not working on my S Plus?


hi all. long story short, (i have tested everything, making sure had shot in 4k) uploading youtube caps out @ 1080p options.

saving camera roll caps out @ 1080p.

in imovie. didn't use effects or filters. double-tested single, unedited 4k video snippet put imovie on s plus , tried save and/or export. 1080p capped.

i've seen others send me screenshots of 4k upload youtube (and save camera roll) options.

crap?

backing imovie projects , deleting/re-installing imovie on s plus.

else had hardship there?
 


resolution video if use image capture app , copy video phone computer desktop?
