iPad and Music videos

hello there, have question regarding how import music videos itunes ipad pro.

i'm using apple music , music synced through cloud (mac, iphone, ipad, appletv). have music videos (that i've created, not purchased) in itunes library on mac, , i'm able see them in both music app , video app on ipad pro.

won't play, though downloaded badge icon turned on. data should physically accessible right there, not in cloud.

hardwire sync them movie collection guess, i'd love keep thing organized , have them in music video section. knows why not play?
