Question about 144hz displays with 2015 rMBP with AMD Graphics.

own 2015 rmbp amd graphics. thinking of getting benq xl2720z external monitor flicker free macbook lcd , gaming well. question, have experience using mini displayport displayport cables (as dual link dvi adapters buggy , expensive) 144hz monitors on 2015 macbook pro under os x 10.10 , windows 8.1/10 .

 

minidisplayport displayport should fine 144hz display straight displayport displayport link.... thing keep in mind displayport bandwidth limited.. long not trying accomplish beyond 1080p 24 bit color @ 144hz, should work fine. keep in mind m370x won't afford performance in games beyond resolution(insufficient vram).
