Would a MB fit my needs?


yes read correctly, yet would-fit thread. if not a(n ex-)mb owner, please don't share respected opinion. i'm aware of non-mb alternatives (mba or mbpr is), i'm aware of differences between models. company i'm working has macs every employee ranging imac, mini, mbpr , couple stocked pro's. alas, not single mb.

i'm looking real life experiences, forum members somehow similar needs have.

current config , usage: 2014 mba base model (128gb 4gb). used extensively, daily, web development (php , python) using mamp pro, sublime text , firefox ~20 open tabs. once every few weeks open photoshop or illustrator light file manipulation. never felt giving on processor or memory capacity.

choosed mba above mbpr exclusively size. travel lot, laptops see more continents pope. use keyboard lot. in fact of keys loosing black coating because of that. remember that, when switched mbp mba couple years ago, mba keyboard felt quite different type on, after few days didn't bothered me more.

today i'm in market new laptop. i'm thinking getting mb. 1 love single ported machine. have second thoughts though:
1) mb has new keyboard technology. intensive use and, did adapt easily?
2) did feel mb underpowered cpu wise?
3) 12" screen feels small compared 13.3" mba/mbpc? concerns, have perfect eyesight.

i don't web dev, other things have on list do, , have no issues @ all.

1) i've had 4 months now, , took me couple of weeks used it. love it.
2) not @ all. use word, excel, pp, mail, web, , few network admin tools no issues @ all. handles mba.
3) think it's better overall. scaled down it's better of mba's. came 13 , 11 mba, hands down rmb far superior.

Subler - What is "Fix Audio Fallbacks"?
