About home screen


hello, on new iphone, found there 3 home screens. let's call them h1, h2 , h3. on android device, there wrap around. is, swiping left, after h3, h1 shows up. swiping right, after h1, h3 shows up. on ios, seems if want go h1 h3, have keep swiping right h3->h2->h1. how can go h3 h1 in 1 step?

also, have deleted apps on h2. however, icons on h3 not move h2. leaves empty region in h2. anyway move icons h3 h2 automatically or manually?
 

by jailbreaking , installing mobius. apple doesn't include default because confuse us.
