Apple Music problem?

so carrier offers deal year of apple music free, continued through carrier billing. first time tried enable music came this:



thought ok that's fine , signed in apple id , works good. every (usually 3-4 times day), when start music app, show again , ask me same thing 'sign in started' new , radio sections still work fine can't view 'for you' until sign in again. each time when press sign in started shows this:


press continue , takes me page , works well, when haven't used apple music while it'll take me 'make personal' sign in page have repeat process view 'for you' tab. said, 'radio' , 'new' work if don't sign in. incredibly frustrating , i'm wondering cause it?

had trial expired while ago if makes difference:



edit: should noted had issue again , time instead of signing in again pressed account icon in top left asked enter password view account info. after entering password , backing out, didn't ask me sign in on 'for you' page reason i'm having reverify password every effectively... don't think normal.

 

i contact apple there may issue service authenticating appleid.
