How can I turn an ooooold iPod Touch into a bump battery?


i have ipod touch 2nd generation want turn bump battery iphone 5s. how can it?


p.s. please don't give me other suggestions whati can device, i've got zillion old idevices being used in alternate usage scenarios that're possible, , touch ancient, can run ios 4.2, has 8 gb storage, has cracked screen, etc. etc. has no other use me besides bump battery.
 

not sure bump battery assume it's used charge device. if that's case in no way possible.
