Will an OS X Recovery Updates have to re-download via App Store after a clean install?

the recovery partition gets updated latest version if run full installer when upgrade new major version yosemite el capitan example or updates downloading , running full installer again. might got 10.11 or 10.11.1 , updates gone.

edit:

on mbp once on late beta of 10.11.2 , after clean recovery install got beta of 10.11.0.
