Time Capsule, iTunes, External HD


hi there,

bought 2tb time capsule , looking forward setting up. said, i've been doing research moving itunes , iphoto libraries external used tc wi-fi access. understand if partition tc hd won't whatever on it.

1. have macbook pro. understanding if time machine mac, can time machine external itunes on connected mac?

2. if put itunes , iphoto libraries on 500g external own, can connect tc wi-fi access, , bring mac periodically save time machine backup on tc? don't mind moving once in while.

im trying free space on mac's hd, move libraries external, , using tc. have macbook pro, 2 iphones (6 & 6s), , apple tv 4.

, suggestions!
 

1. yes work. default, time machine excludes external drives backup. once attach external drive need go time machine settings on os x , remove drive excluded list.

2. yes, work, expect slow. file transfer speeds on time capsule slow.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
