i checked app store see how el capitan doing:

5 star ratings: 69
1 star ratings: 115

that's worse yosemite.

personal experiences bottlenecks , excessive resource consumption point system locks up. nice if doing significant, basic web browsing , checking e-mail doesn't cut it. culprit me appears usereventagent.

looking ever closer 3rd clean install; safari & preview both broke afternoon. starting wonder if it`s hardware (2014, 2.8ghz, 512 ssd) upgraded 1 of older mac`s (2011 15" high tier mbp) daughter uses no apparent issues, equally usage different.

getting sick of it, there absolutely no reason why mac should have had many issues 10.11, equally persist, nor appear isolated cases. frankly 10.10.5 running better on 1.2 rmb 10.11.1 on 13" 2.8 rmbp, after experiences 13" rmbp far inclined consider upgrading 100% 0 issue mac 10.11

have owned mac portables 10 years , have never seen os upgrade produce many problems; installer, mail, preview, airdrop, safari, network vpn`s , slow. ironically many struggled 10.10 have had 0 issue across multiple mac`s it`s there no longer consistency apple. upgraded 2011 15" mbp 10.11 slow on 10.10.5 (spinner) , superficially has none of issues have observed 13" rmpb, yet 13" clean install...why

right considering move mac 10.9.5 or 10.10.5 both stable , developed os`s me @ least. struggling premise of spending day dealing 10.11 , it`s problems. have seen how windows 10 runs on low level hardware, in many respects puts os x shame, equally os has it`s own issues.
