iPhone I am stumped....(Please Help)

so noticed of contact names have disappeared phone. in group chat contacts have been saved, telephone numbers, instead of names. can search in messages , names pop up, information not in "contacts."

has else had issue before, , what/if solution did come with, rather storing names again?

turn off contacts on again in icloud settings.
