Used Nvidia on a Budget (Mac Pro 5.1)


hi guys,

i've joined mac pro world. hunting around used 4.1 on ebay when stumbled on auction of clean 2010 5.1 (2.8ghz quad, 1tb hdd, 20gb ram) , snagged $405. (plus $25 shipping) i've used imacs , minis entire life , looking bit more substantial modest home recording setup , maybe play game or 2 on windows side of things. i've replaced stock processor w3580 3.33 quad , installed 500gb samsung 850 evo partitioned el capitan , windows 10. i'm looking new graphics card (and might ram 20gb 32 sometime in future, don't see needing more 20gb 1333mhz right now)

i'm not looking @ spending ton on new card. don't need play latest games on uber settings , 5770 inside decent card, i'm partial nvidia, on windows side. don't need efi card since can keep radeon if need arises. guys suggest best bang buck used half-decent nvidia card can had 1 ebay or whatever under $200? (preferably under $150)
 

the gtx 680 may choice you, it's relatively cheap now. , may painless (in terms of driver) mid range nvidia card in osx.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
