Griffin Review: The Guide Cable Management Set Will Keep Your Desk Organized

griffin's guide magnetic cable management set first announced @ ces in january of 2015, didn't become available purchase until september. went hands-on guide see if worth wait cable management solution.

guide cable management set modular , consists of 3 weighted bases , 3 magnetic aluminum cable anchors attach bases. each base made polished stainless steel shiny finish while anchors, available in 3 sizes small large, made anodized copper-colored aluminum.

together, guide system looks great on desk, available in polished steel , copper colorway, doesn't match ios devices , while neutral, may not match office , room decors. liked design of guide, did wish available in wider selection of colors.

each of 3 bases same size, measuring in @ 2.28 x 1.98 inches, magnetic cable anchors come in range of sizes fit different cords. smallest of 3 anchors sized fit single iphone cable, while middle 1 can hold several iphone-sized cables or couple of larger cables, , biggest anchor can hold thicker cables cameras , other electronics. weight of guide bases keep them in place, there's non-skid material on bottom provide more traction.

because anchors attach each base using magnets, can arranged in multiple ways. 1 anchor can used per base or multiple anchors can fit on single base meet various cable management needs. work space, used smaller 1 hold iphone cable has pesky habit of slipping off edge of desk, while used other 2 hold macbook cable , cables other devices in place.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
