Why give iOS9 Contacts Found in Mail if it screws up so badly?


"contacts found in mail" seems create ton of address book , contact issues don't need. stopped it. why heck did give ios9? or have not used correctly?
 

not sure either. did turn on after limiting ios contacts google account only. far has allowed autocomplete selecting contacts in email work properly.
