12" Macbook for Photo Editing


just curious if people have experience 12" macbook retina display photo editing. primary machine editing 21" imac. but, i'm considering adding either 12" macbook or 13" macbook air. occasional raw file processing using lightroom.

prefer processor in macbook air, want retina display in macbook. folks doing photo editing on macbook successfully? know macbook pro, either 13" or 15" better way around, i'm looking @ macbook , macbook air due portability.

yes, laptop more capable photo editing etc. can edit , export 4k video without problem. people think netbook of sorts cant handle strenuous tasks far truth.
