Bootcamp gets stuck

hello, using mac os x el capitan, , have windows 8.1 iso file want use dualboot. when use bootcamp, recognizes .iso file, , 64gb usb-stick, when running bootcamp gets stuck halfway downloading windows support-software. there way bypass or doing wrong?

you're going need windows support software setup mac run windows 8.1, there no way around needing it. may able download support software separate boot camp either way it's necessary. perhaps else can chime in , provide link can directly download support software.
