6s wake button not always responsive


i have 6s 2 days on ios 9.2. notice when wake phone lockscreen doesnt pop instantly.. takes 0.5 sec. bothers me, because when immidiately after again, responses instantly. so, seems if not use phone 1 minute or more takes little longer wake up...

hope nothing wrong 6s :( others have too?
 

yes have too. phone doesn't wake @ all, on second try wake up... happens touch id.
