Magic Trackpad 2 Unboxing (it works with pre BT4.0 Macs!)


today went local apple store try out new magic trackpad 2 , walked out new peripheral. it's pricey (hkd988 ~usd128), first impression build quality phenomenal. thing beautiful.

there lot of stock new magic trackpad 2, magic mouse 2 , magic keyboard. in store queuing iphones had plenty of time try out new trackpad.

surprisingly, store unprepared force touch magic trackpad since brand new imac 27-inch there had not been configured force touch features. tried hard force touch on demo unit there wasn't force touch preview on images , links on safari. turned out trackpad setting set 3 finger tap instead of force touch. had configure myself verify force touch indeed working. touch sensitivity set lowest had touching substantial force activate force touch.

overall speaking bad demo @ store due misconfiguration , staff there didn't care product.

try out newer , older macs find out compatibility.

confirmed: totally works ancient 2008 core 2 duo imac, wirelessly, force touch. plug in once lightning cable provided, turn on , paired.

note: imac running os x el capitan.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
