Permission issues on 10.11.2


hi, i'm having issues permissions in above os. far have noticed occurring image files because file type use. randomly select of images in folder , hit "command o" open them in preview , message says cannot open them because not have permission. when check file in "get info" tab, have of relevant permissions should allow me want. when restart mac try , same , opens of image files, no problem. few folders later same message. restart , again can open them...

have tried 1 permission fixing solution other day using terminal , seemed work, getting same issue.

going on? notice apple have messed around way permissions work in os lately , i'm wondering if meddling has screwed how. never had issue before...

ideas? :)
 

similar problems time machine! says have no rights leaves me open files..

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
