Grreen ring again ...


yesterday did 31 minute (brisk, hilly) outdoor walk, workout in activity. logged such in activity on both phone , watch. green ring said 19 mins. why this? (had spend 11 mins jumping around kitchen before bedtime complete ring!)

(my walk 10 mins steep hill, 10 mins flat , 10 mins downhill, heart rate easing off @ end)
 

easing off problem. if you're not putting in requisite levels of effort (judged watch) won't credit.

Is religion a fraud?
