MacBookPro Alu 2008 Graphics kernel panic help


i have a1260 macbookpro. it's old model , think suffering graphics chip problem , hoping can confirm crash report managed snap before shut down again...i have attached photo took, sorry overexposed can still read says. img_20160131_011711.jpg

screen goes crazy colours and/or pixelated , becomes impossible use, straight after boot.

please let me know if can decipher crash report means. thank :)
 

there's not need decipher. hardware problem have says all

(maybe all) of connected in way graphics chip, makes sense see briefly on screen.
graphics chip failing.
if want try something, can search "reflow logic board on macbook pro".
removing logic board, , putting in warm oven hour or two.
it's hobby fix helps (not in cases)
re-phrasing - fixing means replacing logic board.

Fallout 4 Builds- Which ones You Prefer?
