samsung today asked united states supreme court hear latest appeal in ongoing patent battle apple, reports re/code. in august, following a rejection u.s. federal circuit court of appeals, samsung said take case supreme court november, , has followed through plans.
in appeal, includes wider criticism on patent law, samsung says jury not provided enough information understand patents, problem says afflicts many design patent cases.
